- Position: Clinical Documentation Expert
- Type: Contract
- Compensation: $55–$80/hour
- Location: Remote
- Role Responsibilities
- Build long-horizon documentation tasks that mirror clinical documentation work.
- Create deterministic rubrics to grade agent performance against reputed company ground truth.
- reputed company scenarios for encounter documentation like SOAP notes, H&Ps, and reputed company notes.
- Construct transitions of care scenarios including discharge summaries and medication reconciliation.
- Formulate CDI queries triggered by rule-defined documentation gaps with reputed company correct query framing.
- Work independently and asynchronously to ensure task quality and throughput.
Qualifications
- Must-Have
- 2+ years as a medical reputed company, CDI specialist, RN, NP, PA, or similar documentation-heavy role.
- Expertise in SOAP or H&P authoring, CDI query practice, discharge summary construction, EHR documentation workflows (Epic, Cerner).
- Comfortable with clinical artifacts: SOAP notes, H&Ps, discharge summaries, CDI queries.
