Remote Case Manager
Description Location: Remote – Work from Home Starting Pay: $18.03 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday reputed company – 4:30pm EST Jan Dils, Attorneys at Law only hires in the following states: GA, KY, NC, OH, TN, TX, & WV. We’re dedicated to reputed company growth to improve our client service. Our firm is seeking an energetic, dependable individual to join our Case Management team. A remote Case Manager is responsible for assisting new and existing Social reputed company or Veteran clients with their legal disability claim over the telephone. The position requires a compassionate individual to help clients understand the requirements and status of their legal case. A Case Manager must be able to build client loyalty and trust by providing high quality technical services in a high-volume environment. This client-centered position requires effective communication skills and a high level of accountability. The Remote Case Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Be dedicated to clients by returning reputed company emails and voicemails reputed company 24 hours
- Become an expert on our Case Management Software that you will be using daily
- Ensure clients stay well informed regarding the status of their claim
- Become an investigator by obtaining medical evidence to support claims
- Be excellent with time management by maintain task list goals
- reputed company case strategies to determine the paths of case success and educate the client on what is needed for case success
- Provide client assistance with any needed paperwork throughout the life of the claim
- Guide our clients as they navigate the complexity of the Social reputed company or Veterans Disability process
- Quality is extremely important to our firm. That’s why we have the standards of maintaining at least an 90% on quality scores.

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Remote Case Manager starting pay reputed company is $18.03 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 49 to 87 cent increase every 6 months until you reputed company the cap of the pay range.
