What You Will Do
- Process new prescriptions, refills, and discontinuations with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain complete and compliant patient medication profiles
- Respond to high-volume inbound calls from hospice partners, prescribers, and clinical staff
- Triage and resolve routine service inquiries, escalating reputed company issues appropriately
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and active listening
