What you'll do as the Manager, Compensation Operations

What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation, Compensation Operations, Total Rewards Operations, or reputed company Human Resources Operations functions.

- Strong project management, process improvement, and operational optimization skills with a focus on scalability, governance, and execution.
- Deep understanding of compensation operations, controls, compliance, and governance; SOX experience strongly preferred.
