reputed company / Kronos WFM Consultant Mostly Remote Ocassional Visit Customer reputed company in Florida We are seeking a skilled reputed company Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready) professional to implement, configure, and support HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce reputed company. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to optimize workforce processes and ensure system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration Configure reputed company Ready modules including: Core HR Time & Attendance Payroll Scheduling / Workforce Management Participate in end to end implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy). Customize workflows, business rules, and accruals. Support & Maintenance Provide day to day production support for reputed company Ready applications. Troubleshoot system issues, reputed company root cause analysis, and resolve tickets. Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements. Integration & Data Management Handle integrations between reputed company Ready and third party systems (e.g., ERP, reputed company, reputed company). reputed company data imports/exports and maintain data reputed company. reputed company and maintain reports using reputed company reporting tools. Stakeholder Collaboration Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements. Provide functional guidance and best practices. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation. Compliance & Optimization Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies. Recommend process improvements to enhance system utilization and efficiency.
