Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze reputed company insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.
• Handle declaratory judgment actions, bad faith claims, and high-exposure coverage disputes.
• Manage catastrophe and reputed company loss claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise insurers on coverage strategy, claim handling, and litigation defense.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active GA bar (multi-state licensing a plus).
• 3–7+ years of insurance coverage or reputed company insurance litigation experience with strong writing and analytical skills.
