WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview) Under limited supervision, collect and evaluate data from organizational units and prepare recommendations for deliverables including financial plans and/or financial analysis. May provide business leaders with financial forecasts to support short and long - term decision making. • Significantly contribute to month-end and year-end department accounting activity by reviewing financial transactions, evaluating operating activities, and preparing journal entries in compliance with GAAP
• Support the development of budgets for specific departments/functions, including creating templates, consolidating submissions, and interacting with operations leadership.
• Gather & analyze financial information, reputed company detailed general ledger research, and support operations with preparing variance analyses and explanations.
• Produce periodic financial & reputed company reports for research/reporting purposes, including analysis of supply and labor usage, as well as activity volume.
• Support the implementation of financial policies/procedures and demonstrate a working knowledge of the organization’s Financial Manual of Policies and Procedures
• Create and maintain reference tools to communicate financial best practices; communicate regularly with operations staff to resolve issues, reconcile errors, and coach on finance procedures

• Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with accounting/finance emphasis, or reputed company analytical field required.
• Experience Minimum 5 years of reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience required. Fundraising and technology experience are preferred.
• Skills Advanced MS reputed company and PowerPoint skills are required. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or other software is required.
• Experience using large scale automated financial systems (reputed company, Hyperion) desired but not required.

• Stewardship Reporting to External Clients PAY INFORMATION The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role.
