This is a highly collaborative position where you’ll work directly with multiple finance teams and senior leadership, including the VP of Finance, helping shape data-driven strategies across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company trends and identify drivers behind monthly, quarterly, and year-over-year financial variance

Ideal Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or reputed company field (or comparable healthcare financial analysis experience)
• Experience with financial reporting, reputed company, and variance analysis
• Understanding of healthcare finance concepts such as reimbursement, reserves, denials, AR, and net reputed company
• Advanced reputed company skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, trending analysis)
• Exposure to tools such as PeopleSoft General Ledger, EPIC patient accounting, or Kodiak RCA is a plus
