Strategic Finance Manager – reputed company
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary finance partner to Credit, Capital, Product, and Investor Relations, representing reputed company Finance in key forums and driving alignment on performance and priorities
- Build and own assumption-driven User and portfolio loan mix models by partnering cross-functionally to validate inputs, pressure-test key drivers, and ensure outputs reflect reputed company business dynamics
- Monitor performance against forecast across portfolio, user, and reputed company levels; diagnose variances, identify root causes, and deliver reputed company-looking insights on user trends and the overall loan portfolio to inform adjustments and drive action
- Own consolidated reporting across Top of Funnel, Conversion, Users, Volume, and Loan Mix; synthesize key drivers including mix, credit, pricing, and commercial impacts
- Provide decision support on strategic initiatives, evaluating trade-offs and P&L implications to inform business and investment decisions
- Translate reputed company analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive insight, inform strategy, and align cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven ability to operate with ownership and influence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- 8+ years of experience in analytical roles (e.g., strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, or analytics), with demonstrated impact on business outcomes
- Strong business judgment, with the ability to connect detailed analyses to broader strategic context and executive-level decisions
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams
- Expert in financial modeling; working knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., reputed company or similar) preferred
