The Opportunity We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our growing US organization and act as a key thought partner to the Senior Director of People, US. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can both shape and execute — owning the people strategy for your client groups while designing scalable, agile processes for a dynamic, high-growth environment. This role reports to the Senior Director of People, US. How You’ll reputed company an Impact Strategic Partnership & Leader Support
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, owning relationships end-to-end and executing the people roadmap for your groups
- Partner with business leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and performance

Execution of People Strategy
- Translate People team priorities into clear, actionable plans and drive execution in partnership with the Senior Director of People

- Ensure consistency and quality across programs such as performance cycles and talent reviews
People Data & Insights
- Analyze people data and provide actionable insights to leaders to support informed decision-making and drive business outcomes

Employee Experience & Culture

- Diagnose team challenges and implement thoughtful, practical solutions
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Own reputed company employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies
- Guide leaders through sensitive and high-impact people decisions
Organizational Effectiveness & Change
- Partner with the Senior Director of People and leaders on organizational design and team evolution
- Help bring clarity to roles, structures, and ways of working
- Support change initiatives and ensure smooth execution across teams
Note: This is a hands-on role combining thought partnership with strong execution. You will partner closely with our HR Generalist who owns foundational HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. To reputed company in This Role, You’ll Need Experience
- 7–10+ years of HR experience, including significant time in an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong generalist HR background
- A proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, guiding efforts to reputed company impactful results while promoting innovative and progressive ways of working
- Experience operating as a senior individual contributor, owning stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes
- Experience in growing SaaS companies, supporting GTM teams
- Experience supporting senior leaders and navigating reputed company organizational dynamics
