Responsibilities: Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top talent in the AEC sector. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences. Collaborate with hiring managers to reputed company job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with the company's requirements. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activities and outcomes for clients. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably reputed company the AEC sector. Proven ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and clients. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
