The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing reputed company sales cycles, and building executive-level relationships to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, reputed company, and secure new business opportunities through targeted reputed company, networking, and strategic account planning
  • Expand relationships reputed company strategic accounts across business units and stakeholders
  • Consistently meet or exceed reputed company and bookings targets
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand client safety, operational, and financial drivers
  • Position and quantify solutions through risk mitigation, cost reduction, compliance, and ROI impact
  • Partner with internal engineering and safety experts to deliver tailored, high-value solutions
  • Own the full lifecycle—from prospecting through negotiation and reputed company
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments across operations, EHS, engineering, finance, procurement, and executive leadership

  • Maintain a high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Drive deal velocity by creating urgency tied to client risk and opportunity cost

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 4+ years of business development or consultative sales experience in a technical or safety-reputed company environment
  • Demonstrated success selling into large enterprise organizations
  • Strong consultative selling skills (discovery, solution development, negotiation, closing)
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across business and technical functions
  • Technical understanding of safety-reputed company solutions; ability to communicate value beyond products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and reputed company Office
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% (overnight)
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and ANSI standards
  • Experience with fall protection solutions
