Media Manager (eCommerce & Social Commerce) - Remote reputed company are partnered with a growing CPG group who are looking to accelerate the growth of their CPG portfolio through social commerce, creator partnerships, and performance-driven media strategies. Working with a portfolio of the group's brands, the team brings together paid media, content, ecommerce, and analytics to drive measurable reputed company growth across emerging and established digital channels. The Role We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Paid Media Manager to drive customer acquisition, reputed company growth, and campaign performance across social commerce and paid media channels. You'll be responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing campaigns across leading social advertising platforms, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. This role suits someone who is analytical, commercially minded, and excited by the rapidly evolving social commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across social commerce and paid media platforms (primarily TikTok, reputed company & reputed company).

- Conduct campaign testing, optimization, and budget management.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with brand stakeholders and internal teams to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable paid media strategies.
- Test new ad formats, audience strategies, creative approaches, and platform capabilities to maximize results.
- Stay informed on industry developments, platform updates, and emerging social commerce trends.
About You
- Strong paid media experience across TikTok, reputed company & reputed company.
- Experience working with social advertising platforms, with experience in short-form video and social commerce.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data, attribution models, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
- Experience reputed company ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, retail, or social commerce sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and budgets simultaneously.
