Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to support business and technology teams in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering business solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with a willingness to learn business analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Support business process analysis, workflow documentation, and gap analysis activities.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-reputed company.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, and defect tracking.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions.
• Maintain project documentation and meeting notes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company field.
• 0–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Intern, or reputed company role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.
• Internship or project experience in business analysis.
• Relevant certifications such as ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) are a plus.
