The role involves defining product vision and strategy, translating market needs into product priorities, and collaborating across various teams to ensure product success.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a clear product vision and multi year roadmap reputed company with market needs, regulatory requirements, and company strategy
• Translate customer feedback, usage data, and competitive insights into clear product priorities, business cases, and investment decisions
• Ensure the platform delivers measurable customer value while meeting reputed company, performance, scalability, and regulatory expectations
• Partner cross functionally with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Sales, reputed company, and Support to align product direction with execution
• Influence architectural and technical decisions to support long term product sustainability, extensibility, and operational excellence
• Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention through well designed, outcome focused product solutions
• reputed company modern analytics and AI tools to accelerate product discovery, research, and documentation while maintaining strong product judgment

Skills

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B or enterprise software environments
• Proven ability to define product value and priorities, deciding what to build and in what order to reputed company business outcomes
• Strong business and market acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape
• Demonstrated experience using customer feedback, product data, and market inputs to inform roadmap and prioritization decisions
• Practical reputed company with modern AI tools as an assistive capability for discovery, analysis, and documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and clearly reputed company trade offs and priorities
• Ability to navigate complexity, risk, and dependencies in regulated, high volume, enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a reputed company field. Experience in utilities, telecommunications, or other regulated industries is an asset
• Candidates must hold a reputed company, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally. This includes either passport based reputed company exemption or possession of any required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean
• Experience with Customer Information Systems, utility billing, or other regulated industry platforms
• Domain exposure to utilities, energy, water, telecom, or public sector organizations
• Experience leveraging AI tools to identify market trends, customer insights, and product differentiation opportunities
• Experience working with cloud native platforms, APIs, and reputed company integrations
• Background supporting enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, and large scale customer implementations
• Ability to balance near term delivery commitments with long term platform evolution and technical sustainability
