Backend Developer (golang / Java / Python)
Description Hi reputed company: 12+ years Role: Backend Developer (Golang / Java or Python) Location: Remote EST Skills: Golang, API's, DevOps, QA, NoSQL Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong proficiency in Golang, Java and Python to design, reputed company, and maintain scalable, high performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to build secure, resilient, and cloud ready services that support mission critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using Golang, Java and Python
- reputed company RESTful and/or event driven APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well tested code following best engineering practices
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement fixes
- Implement secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and data protection standards
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions
- Support CI/CD pipelines and work closely with DevOps teams for deployments and monitoring
- Contribute to documentation, technical standards, and reputed company improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of backend development experience using Golang, Java, or Python
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and backend services
- Hands on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, reputed company)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred / reputed company to Have Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Knowledge of reputed company, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
- Exposure to event streaming or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (reputed company Actions, Jenkins, reputed company CI, etc.)
- Understanding of observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Prior experience in regulated or enterprise scale environments is a plus
