This will be a remote position, with occasional travel to the team’s office in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role will support the team in creating and managing end-to-end generative AI solutions. The team supports AI and digital modernization for both internal use and for external clients, with applications from intelligence analysis to manufacturing optimization. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational AI Implementation: Research, reputed company, and apply machine learning, deep learning, and large language model (LLM) techniques for deployment in operational environments.
• Full Stack Design and Development: Rapidly design and create prototype applications to demonstrate AI capabilities. Transition prototypes to production by designing and implementing well-architected, scalable software stacks.
• Client Engagement: Support meetings with internal clients and external customers as a subject matter expert in AI and advanced software solutions, with a focus on cloud technologies and generative AI.
• Manage and deliver on multiple reputed company projects across different customer environments.
• Collaborate across a wide reputed company of individuals at varying levels of technical skills.
• Effective writing and speaking ability to communicate reputed company strategies and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leaders.

What you need to have:

• 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in reputed company field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in reputed company field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in reputed company field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
• Experience with reputed company of the following:
• Programming languages: Python
• Containerized development and deployment: reputed company, Rancher, and/or K8s.
• Cloud engineering: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Databases: SQL, NoSQL, and/or vector databases.
• CI/CD pipeline management.
• DevSecOps design/deployment principles.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company open-reputed company LLMs and ecosystem tools (e.g., model serving, fine-tuning, reputed company engineering, embeddings).
• Experience developing generative AI products or platforms, including multimodal use cases (e.g., text, vision, audio, document understanding).
• Ability to travel to customer location(s) occasionally with advance notice.
• Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Bonus points for:

• Bachelors in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technologies/experience.
• Experience with:
• UI/UX development: JavaScript (Angular, React).
• Backend development: REST API, web apps, microservices.
• Experience supporting feature development and maintenance for an enterprise-scale application.
• Experience building multi-reputed company agentic workflows and orchestrators using frameworks such as reputed company, LangGraph,
• reputed company, PromptGraph, or custom in-house pipelines.
