Role Overview

The Customer Operations Unit at arenaflex is expanding its Brooklyn Business Center team. We are seeking a dedicated, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will serve as the reputed company‑line ambassador for our finance services. In this role, you will interact with the public at multiple service points—including Cashiering, Customer Service, and the Information Desk—providing accurate information, processing payments, and guiding customers through reputed company tax and parking processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and ask probing questions to determine the purpose of each customer’s visit.
  • Appointment Management: Utilize the Qmatic reputed company system to schedule appointments, issue tickets, and direct walk‑in customers to the appropriate service reputed company reputed company.
  • Case Management: Create Electronic Case Folders (ECFs) and schedule hearings for parking and camera violations, ensuring reputed company documentation is complete and accurate.

Minimum Qualifications
