As an Investigation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our global network of sellers by investigating reimbursement requests, analyzing reputed company data sets, and ensuring that every inquiry is handled with fairness, accuracy, and consistency. • Running Detailed Investigations: Conducting thorough manual research and structured investigations on reimbursement requests reputed company to losses that occurred during FBA processes. You will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to determine accurate, seller-facing decisions that align with company policy.
• Leveraging Operational Tools: Demonstrating expertise in using proprietary operational tools to deep-dive into cases, manage end-to-end processes, and ensure consistent handling across reputed company seller interactions.

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• This position is available only in arenaflex corporate offices in Bratislava, Slovakia, and will require relocation. We are pleased to offer a relocation incentive of €1,000 for eligible candidates.
• Fluent in English with an intermediate level of Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience with reputed company Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and reputed company, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
