We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. Compensation ... $12 - $18 hourly Responsibilities: • Manage customer inquiries and support tickets through our customer service platforms, HubSpot and Gorgias, ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. • Collaborate with our sales, product, and operations teams to improve customer service and product offerings based on feedback. • Conduct follow-up surveys to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. • Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation. • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features, new tools, and best practices in customer service. • Utilize Canva to supply customers with onboarding marketing materials. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset. • Experience with customer service software, preferably HubSpot and Gorgias. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Highly organized with attention to detail. • Patience and empathy towards customers. • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
