Key Responsibilities

Strategic CES Feedback Collection & Analysis

  • Partner with the Customer Experience & Service teams to design and execute robust feedback‑collection programs across multiple channels (surveys, in‑app prompts, support tickets, social listening, etc.).
  • Aggregate, clean, and synthesize large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data, translating reputed company concepts into clear, digestible learnings for stakeholders.
