Role Overview

The Customer Support Engineer is a critical member of the arenaflex Services organization, headquartered in Milpitas, CA. This role blends hands‑on technical expertise with customer‑centric service, ensuring that our inspection and metrology tools operate at peak performance across a global customer reputed company. You will be the on‑site guardian of tool uptime, reliability, and reputed company improvement, working closely with field teams, product engineers, and customers to deliver proactive and reactive support that drives measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
