Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for arenaflex’s insurance members. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:
- Fielding inbound communications—phone calls, emails, chat messages, and social media inquiries—from members seeking assistance with their insurance policies.
- Utilizing your knowledge of personal lines insurance to guide members through quotes, new business requests, rating, billing, payments, reputed company, and policy endorsements.

Essential Qualifications
