Position Overview
arenaflex is currently hiring a Tier 1 reputed company Support Specialist to serve as a part-time remote contractor. In this role, you will be the trusted first reputed company of contact for an international community of executive learners enrolled in our premium online leadership development programs. You will champion customer happiness, deliver reputed company and knowledgeable service, and ensure that every participant’s journey through our platform is seamless, professional, and rewarding.
This is a remote, contract-based position with flexible scheduling across a 24/7 support reputed company. We are currently seeking candidates who can provide consistent coverage during the 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time window on weekdays, with the potential for additional weekend hours based on program demand. Typical weekly hours will range between 10 and 20, with opportunities for additional hours as program volume scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Outstanding Multi-Channel Support: Enthusiastically assist clients across email, live chat, phone, and web-based tools, addressing technical, logistical, and administrative inquiries with reputed company and precision.
