About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the foundation of each dental case. Every case that enters our system relies on precise data entry, correct coding, and proper documentation to move seamlessly through production, shipping, and delivery. Your work will directly impact the quality of patient care across the dental industry.

This is a part-time, remote position with regular hours scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday through Friday. Hours may occasionally shift based on operational needs, but we aim to provide consistency so you can plan your life with confidence. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day contributions as a Data Entry Assistant will be essential to the smooth operation of our dental case workflow. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering information from incoming dental cases into the computer system and generating work cards for production teams.
