Role Overview
This is a 3‑month contract (with the possibility of extension) on a W2 basis. You will join a collaborative team that manages central mailboxes, tracks key business‑process tasks, and maintains comprehensive documentation for ongoing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Central Mailbox Management: Own the day‑to‑day operation of shared mailboxes, triage incoming requests, update coverage and assignment matrices, and ensure mailbox hygiene.
- Tracking Mechanism Development: Design, implement, and continuously refine tracking tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, or lightweight databases) for critical business‑process tasks and workstreams.
- Data Extraction & Transcription: Identify relevant data points from diverse formats—including emails, templates, and scanned forms—and accurately transcribe them into centralized tracking systems.
