Why This Role Matters
As a Bilingual Italian Customer Support Associate, you will be the reputed company‑line ambassador for arenaflex’s satellite internet service. Work Schedule, Location & Remote Flexibility
arenaflex offers a fully remote work model for this position, open to candidates based in Oregon (USA) and other eligible locations. While the role is remote, you must be able to work the following rotating shifts (reputed company times are local to the assigned work location):
- Shift B – Alternating Weekend Schedule (06:00 – 18:00): Friday‑Sunday or Thursday‑Sunday.
- Shift D – Alternating Night Schedule (18:00 – 06:00): Friday‑Sunday or Thursday‑Sunday.
Flexibility to cover holidays and occasional extended hours is required to support global customers.
Compensation & Benefits
