Role Summary The Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist is a field-based specialty sales role responsible for driving adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic, compliant engagement with healthcare providers. This role partners with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, office staff, and key opinion leaders to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts. Success in this role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, comfort navigating reimbursement, and the ability to engage customers effectively across in-person and digital channels. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in one or more of the following: Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing reputed company therapeutic specific healthcare provider experience Driver’s Licensing Requirement: Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards. The annual reputed company salary for this position ranges from $108,600 - $250,700. During initial new hire sales training, you will be classified as a salary non-exempt employee which entitles you to overtime pay. Upon your training certification, you will become an overtime exempt employee. In addition, this position offers an additional Sales Incentive bonus.
