Why This Role Matters: The Client Care Coordinator’s primary role is to provide clients general assistance reputed company to reputed company Wellness Plans, services, billing, and web support reputed company telephony and electronic communication. Your Experience Should Include: Associate’s degree is preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. High school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of Customer Service experience (Call Center, etc.) is required. Excellent communication skills are required. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively is required. Strong client contact handling skills and active listening skills are required. This Remote Position Requires: A hardwired internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 85mbs. A quiet, dedicated work space. May require working variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary Range: The starting pay reputed company for this role is $18.00/hour with opportunities for merit increases (salary range: $17.64 - $26.45/hour).
