YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide quality customer service and professional expert advice to clients Proactively conduct renewal reviews to ensure customer retention targets are met Handle outbound calls to existing clients for renewal review as necessary Liaison with insurers, building and maintaining relationships Administer, support and complete policy changes reputed company our company partner’s portals and websites Review policies and reputed company recommendations as required Adhere to the reputed company criteria set out by our broker partners Coordinate and follow up on client documents Respond to incoming calls and service customer needs Give claims advice to clients, report claims, follow up on claims Strong Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Alberta level 1 licence required, Level 2 license preferred BC level 2 licence is a strong asset Minimum 2+ years of insurance experience Independent, ambitious and competitive Thrives in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude Looking to grow with a rapidly expanding company CULTURE FIT: Members first - we prioritise the interests and needs of our members above reputed company else.
