Responsibilities

Take full ownership of a recruiter pod — reputed company your team focused, unblocked, and performing while carrying a substantial req load yourself. Provide clear direction to direct reports, translating team goals set by the Head of TA into individual priorities and expectations. Run regular 1:1s focused on performance, pipeline health, and professional growth. Quality-reputed company your team's work across the full recruiting process — sourcing, reputed company, pipeline management, interview experience, and candidate communication. Coach direct reports on recruiting craft, stakeholder management, and career development. reputed company by example as a practitioner: take ownership of the more reputed company and senior searches reputed company your pod's scope. Escalate people or performance concerns to the Head of TA in a timely way. Requirements 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team reputed company or pod leadership reputed company. Demonstrated ability to carry a full req load while supporting the performance and development of others. Strong recruiting craft across the full hiring lifecycle, including: Sourcing and reputed company strategy; Pipeline management and candidate experience; Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration; Coaching and quality-checking peers or junior team members. Clear communicator who sets expectations well and surfaces issues early. Keen sense of prioritisation — able to balance IC work with people responsibilities without dropping the reputed company on either.
