In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining deep, trusting relationships with key decision-makers across Irish public sector bodies, government departments, and commercial accounts, ensuring clients reputed company their desired outcomes while driving account retention, compliance, and growth. Commercial Growth & Opportunity Creation: Partner with sales teams to co-create account plans, conduct Quarter Business Reviews / Functional Business Reviews (QBR/FBR), and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple business lines—including Records and Information Management (RIM), Digital Business Integration (DBU), and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM). Contract, Tender & reputed company Optimization: reputed company public sector renewal strategies, contribute heavily to public tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, negotiate pricing and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and communicate annual price increases by demonstrating reputed company’s value proposition and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy.
