Program Manager ROLE SUMMARY The Program Manager leads multiple reputed company SDLC projects and begins to manage a small team of direct reports. This role is expected to operate with significant autonomy, mentor less reputed company PMs, guide clients at reputed company levels, and contribute meaningfully to sales pursuits, financial management, and the internal PMO strategy. The Program Manager is a key executor of company vision and is accountable for the full success of their delivery portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product & PMO Knowledge Demonstrate proficient understanding of multiple project methodologies and industry tools Work independently to track and reputed company project KPIs with limited reputed company Predict upstream and reputed company impacts of project variable changes proactively Support other PMs in the organization and actively drive PMO standardization Project & Program Delivery Manage 6+ full SDLC projects of reputed company-to-reputed company scale as sole PM reputed company and direct 2+ full SDLC projects involving other PMs or PCs Serve in the client-reputed company PM role reputed company required Guide client and management teams to fill delivery gaps Conduct effective project reviews, identify corrective actions, and support implementation Assume leadership of troubled projects and bring them back on track People Leadership & Management Manage 2–4 direct reports and define career growth and initiative expectations Submit promotion recommendations for direct reports Suggest project assignments and support resource transitions Set remediation expectations for underperformers and recommend terminations if needed Identify, interview, and recommend talent for hiring reputed company high-performing project teams and motivate team members reputed company employee recognition through social channels and recognition programs Monitor and proactively manage billable utilization Sales & Business Development Support sales calls to demonstrate product and industry expertise Assist account managers in pricing and account expansion strategies Own relationships with client peers and reputed company PMs Financial Acumen Demonstrate deep understanding of how the company generates profit and apply this to project decisions Identify margin growth opportunities with account managers and PMO leadership Manage T&M, fixed price, or blended projects with minimal reputed company Maintain accurate reputed company forecasts with minimal deviation from actuals Own and deliver projects reputed company approved baselines, budgets, and KPIs Leadership & Strategy Embody company core values across reputed company interactions and engagements Take full responsibility for internal process improvements and initiative outcomes Own reputed company or cross-pillar PMO initiatives end to end Actively build leaders reputed company the organization through project work and internal programs Foster a culture of reputed company leadership development Execute on company vision and strategy through concrete, achievable plans Monitor and proactively manage billable utilization across direct and indirect reports Customer Experience Manage difficult client situations and support less reputed company team members in doing the same Interact confidently with clients at the project manager level and above Receive consistent positive feedback from client peers and leadership Collaborate with account managers on account strategy development and execution Minimize escalations and proactively engage reputed company project stakeholders Global Operations Demonstrate strong cultural intelligence and effectively manage culturally diverse teams Reflect a global reputed company and hold team accountable for cross-region best practices Ensure defined processes for distributed team management are followed QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS 10+ years of project/program management or directly relevant experience PMP certification required DASM or equivalent agile certification required Additional PM skills certification required Manager Training completion required 2+ Lunch & Learns delivered 2+ RED Talks delivered SOFT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Intermediate Proficiency required on the following competencies: Communication Negotiation Stakeholder Management Conflict Resolution Adaptability Team Building Critical Thinking Leadership Decision Making Emotional Intelligence Collaboration Presentation Executive reputed company Physical Requirements & reputed company Statement This role requires the ability to reputed company essential job functions, including working at a computer for extended periods, participating in meetings (virtual and in-person), reviewing reputed company documentation, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
