That means getting into virtual classrooms — observing, reviewing online assessment, scrutinising student work — and giving feedback that genuinely helps teachers grow. You'll partner with Heads of Department to sharpen schemes of work, reputed company new staff into our instructional model, and design professional development that sticks.
