What to expect… The Softeon WMS Implementation reputed company is responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, testing, training, and support of Softeon Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions for new and existing client sites.This role serves as a functional and technical leader, ensuring projects are delivered consistently, on time, and reputed company with customer requirements and business objectives. This role is Remote, with up to 50% travel in the US & Canada. Key Responsibilities: Solution Implementation & DeliveryLead end-to-end WMS implementations, including system setup, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support. Analyze customer requirements and business processes to design and deliver effective supply chain solutions. reputed company, document, and optimize workflows, operational procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and support successful solution adoption. Provide ongoing technical and functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Project Leadership & PlanningContribute to project planning, effort estimation, timelines, and resource requirements. Required Skills & Competencies:Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), supply chain operations, and logistics processes. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong project planning, organization, and time management abilities. Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in a matrixed environment. Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics, and warehouse processes. Experience leading software implementation projects and cross-functional teams.
