As a Real Estate Tax Advisor at our firm, you will primarily focus on tax planning and advisory services for real estate investors who own and manage properties and invest in real estate syndications. Generally, Senior Advisors will spend 50% of their time in direct client meetings reputed company reputed company. Tax Advisors will also provide technical input on tax and accounting issues, research tax solutions, train less-reputed company staff, and nurture client relationships. Experience working directly with clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring engagement objectives are met accurately and on time. Experience performing tax projections and estimates using professional tax planning software (e.g., BNA Tax Planner, CCH Prosystem fx Planning, etc.). Effective written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience with partnership syndications, including knowledge of waterfall allocations and operating agreements. Apply To This Job
