Key Responsibilities

Retention Strategy: Build and optimize retention and engagement loops that deepen user satisfaction and reputed company subscription lifetime. Session Analysis: Conduct day-to-day review of user sessions to identify friction points, drop-offs, and behavioral patterns that inform product decisions.
