We are growing reputed company in reputed company and seeking passionate professionals interested to join reputed company, as a Fleet Key Account Manager ( hunter & farmer), to manage business relations with our Taxi and Limousine Fleet Partners network reputed company several cluster countries in the region. The role is fully remote in Hong - reputed company. Responsibilities: Relationship Management: reputed company and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners. Act as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company account-reputed company matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements. Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs and integrate them in reputed company systems. Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. Contract Negotiation and Management: Shortlist potential new partner fleets, reputed company cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads. Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line. Onboarding and training of new fleets. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality. Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks. reputed company collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to improve processes, and procedures and further reputed company our IT system and tools. This role will be reporting to Regional Head of Fleet, located reputed company European time zone. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field or B2B / channel sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience. Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions. Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving in a structured manner, showcasing independence and creativity. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - reputed company is a must. reputed company offer: 100% remote working, Home Office, flexible working arrangements ( full time Monday to Friday - local time zone). Employment Contract thru a 3rd party Employer of Record company. Salary structure: monthly salary reputed company + commission. Business Travel expenses reimbursement.
