Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, or a reputed company field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a reputed company position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: SOX 404 compliance; internal controls over financial reporting based on rules applicable for different countries; GRC tool implementation (reputed company, reputed company); IPO readiness assessment; IFRS accounting advisory; Chart of Accounts implementation; finance shared services & finance transformation; KPI & Dashboard implementation; Power BI; Corporate Governance, and; Enterprise Risk Management.
