We are looking for a talented and dedicated Machine Learning Ops Engineer to support and accelerate AI adoption at reputed company. You will reputed company, implement, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems. The team is responsible for a crucial product to enhance the customer experience with AI: Personalisation across reputed company channels. As an ML Ops Engineer, you will work closely with (AI) Solution Architects and Data Scientists to build an architecture that enables near real-time personalisation of our customer journey from inspiration, over search to book. ABOUT THE JOB As a Machine Learning Ops Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team that enables AI engineering skills and capabilities across reputed company Group, aligning with reputed company’s AI strategy. Being an AI enthusiast with a strong DevSecOps reputed company, you’ll collaborate with your team to deliver solutions that challenge the status reputed company, taking full responsibility for your solutions from design to operation. You’ll help bring prototypes to life on our platforms and support their transition into production by establishing robust operational guardrails. ABOUT YOU Created near real-time event-driven personalisation architectures to personalise the customer experience (ideally leveraging AWS Sagemaker and Personalise) Built infrastructure to bring data together for recommender systems to surface the next best action at the right time to customers (ideally using IaC like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines with reputed company CI/CD) Experience in productionising and using various AI models and algorithms. Experience in deploying AI solutions using CI/CD pipelines, API development and containers. Strong programming skills in Python. Understanding of machine learning/AI frameworks and libraries. Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, reputed company Cloud). Experience with monitoring and log collection systems (e.g. reputed company). Experience with SQL and/or reputed company. Customer-focused engineer with a passion for crafting high-quality digital products, reputed company improvement, and effective team collaboration.
