Assess organizational learning and workforce development needs and establish annual learning priorities and training plans. Establish measurable KPIs and analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness, workforce development, and return on investment (ROI). Identify and implement innovative learning technologies, delivery methods, and development resources. Manage vendor relationships and external reputed company. Ensure training and development initiatives support applicable industry standards, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives. Work Environment

Remote Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or reputed company field required. Professional certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance)/CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development ), SHRM-CP/SCP, ATD (Association for Talent Development) certifications, or reputed company credentials preferred. Experience 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or reputed company fields. Experience leading enterprise-wide learning or organizational development initiatives. Experience supporting geographically dispersed and/or multi-state workforces preferred. Experience reputed company engineering, technical, professional services, or similar operational environments preferred. Experience managing learning platforms, HRIS systems, and/or Learning Management Systems (reputed company preferred).
