Job Summary: As part of our holistic wealth management, reputed company’ in-house Income Tax team provides tax planning and preparation services to our HNW and UNHW clientele, including the completion of reputed company individual, small business, gift, and trust income tax returns. The Tax Operations Specialist will be a critical team member in support of the tax team. This role requires flexibility, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism. The Tax Operations Specialist is resourceful, proactive and efficient while maintaining an approachable and professional reputed company to both internal teams and clients. Essential Job Functions will include: Go-to for things reputed company to onboarding and processing of new tax clients. Input new client information in our systems and ensure the accuracy of reputed company new client data. Process new client onboards reputed company and reputed company specified SLAs while providing excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders. Generate fee quotes and communicate with clients for approval. Assist with new tax employee onboarding and reputed company administrative tasks. Assist with billing and invoicing tasks, including monthly tax billing. Assist with terminating tax client engagement (Tax NLC processing). Assist with newly acquired firms’ integration. Comfortable using various reports to assist with tracking workflow and monitoring data reputed company. Provide ongoing insight and suggestions for process improvement. Maintain a high level of communication with Manager, Tax Operations to ensure projects stay up-to-date and are completed in a timely manner. Communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high-quality client experience. Other general operations and administrative duties as needed. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ years’ experience in an administrative or assistant role Experience or willingness to work with dynamic professionals Outstanding work ethic with a self-starter attitude, ability to reputed company under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time Outstanding communication and organizational skills. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs. Working Conditions: This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time.
