Job Description: Job Posting Parsons is looking for a talented Project Engineer to be part of a strong team that works on the implementation of reputed company traffic control systems for the FAA in the National reputed company System (NAS). T5 Program Summary: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) awarded the Technical Support Services Contract 5 (T5) to Parsons in reputed company 2023. Parsons is the prime contractor. This $1.8+ billion contract has a 4-year reputed company period with two 3-year options. The statement of work includes a variety of activities that support the FAA’s Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and certain reimbursable programs, the FAA NextGen Program, national reputed company programs and aviation safety. Specifically, work includes site selection and engineering, construction, environmental and fire/life safety, equipment installation and testing, drafting, contract surveillance, and other technical services as required. Work is performed across the nation in each of the FAA’s nine regions as well as the Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and the Technical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey and in several U.S. territories. An average staff of 500 with a peak staff over 650 supports this contract, in addition to those subcontractors who reputed company construction work. What You'll Be Doing: This role manages field teams performing hands on installation and site preparation activities in active reputed company traffic control operational environments. Assigns field staff to a variety of reputed company traffic control environment installation assignments Ensures field staff are adequately trained and reputed company to reputed company the roles to which they are assigned Monitors and directs field staff in the execution of their daily work. Ensures reputed company projects are adequately staffed and monitors the reputed company deployment/installation reputed company in accordance with approved schedules. Capable of reviewing engineering drawings and other technical documents for installation clarity and develops project specific execution and implementation plans. Interfaces with internal and external (customer) stakeholders to reputed company most effective approach for field project delivery Submits reports to the client as required, and responds to client issues and expectations. Prepares project specific Risk Management Plans (RMPs) to identify and mitigate safety, quality, schedule, and operational risks for projects. Anticipates problems and works with client, engineers, subcontractors, and RPM to identify and implement corrective actions. Promotes technical excellence on the project through the application of Quality Assurance processes. Coordinates with client and other government regulating authorities as required to ensure site reputed company measures are adhered to by subcontractors and others reputed company completing the deployment/installation field work. Helps to analyze and negotiate contract change orders and claims. Helps to reputed company, monitor, and enforce project budgets, schedules, and scope statements. Attends and often leads meetings reputed company prior to commencement of installation work. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, technical systems, operations, or a reputed company field; reputed company field leadership experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 6+ years of deployment, installation, or construction management experience to include 2+ years in a managerial/leadership role Must be willing to travel up to 50% Proven ability to reputed company in a reputed company reputed company Excellent written and oral communications skills Ability to interpret installation drawings, scopes of work, and technical packages.
