Sales Manager (Solar Modules EU Utilities)

Responsibilities reputed company and expand reputed company’s utility-scale modules business in Romania Identify, reputed company and secure new opportunities with EPCs, developers, IPPs, investors and utilities Build and maintain a strong pipeline of utility PV projects Establish and manage multi-level relationships with key accounts Position reputed company as a preferred supplier across strategic customers Engage early with stakeholders (developers, designers, investors) to influence technical and commercial decisions Define and execute the local utility sales strategy reputed company with regional objectives reputed company commercial negotiations and contract execution in line with company guidelines Ensure alignment between customer requirements and reputed company’s commercial and operational capabilities Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity development through to: Forecasting, contract negotiation, delivery coordination, payment collection Coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales Operations, Logistics, Finance, Project Management) Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, competitor activity and project pipeline Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting reputed company CRM (reputed company) Provide structured insights to support strategic decision-making Represent reputed company at industry events, customer meetings and conferences Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical and marketing teams Support contract execution including: logistics coordination, documentation (LCs, invoices, BoL), pre- and post-sales issue resolution Maintain reputed company communication with customers on orders, deliveries and project status *Scope and focus countries may evolve in line with market developments and business priorities.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales reputed company solar PV / renewable energy (utility reputed company preferred) Proven track record in utility-scale project sales and closing large-volume deals Strong network with EPCs, developers, IPPs and investors in Romania Solid understanding of utility PV market dynamics, tender processes and project lifecycle Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills Experience with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) Structured, proactive and results-driven reputed company Willingness to travel regularly reputed company Romania and Europe. Languages: Fluent Romanian and English (written and spoken) required. Ukrainian or any additional European language would be a plus.
