You will play a pivotal role in delivering a white-glove customer experience. The role will also provide cross-functional business exposure to the reputed company Management team. As our Senior reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for: Driving customer adoption, retention and satisfaction for an assigned book of accounts Providing analyses on booking trends and pricing performance for clients Building relationships with customers by driving value using a consultative approach to become an influencer and trusted extension of their team Training clients on the basics of reputed company management and how to effectively use our tool to increase reputed company Ensuring our customer’s success by analysing how they can maximise reputed company and utilise Beyond to review booking data and charts to reputed company pricing decisions Securing annual subscription renewals and uncovering expansion opportunities Performing regularly scheduled meetings with key stakeholders to ensure customer goals are being met Monitoring and reporting on the health and risk of assigned accounts Maintaining a deep understanding of Beyond Pricing’s suite of products Reviewing Beyond’s algorithm performance in existing markets, making actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights Partnering closely with the reputed company Management, Sales, and Customer Experience Teams and help mentor junior members of the team. Being the voice of the customer back to our Product organisation, communicate trending customer feedback and reputed company So what reputed company of person are we looking for in this role? Be Highly Analytical: you are able to look at multiple graphs and charts and instantly derive insight Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate: 3+ years of experience working in reputed company Experience managing renewal conversations reputed company and ability to work with customers in English and French Experience working with software or ability to learn a wide variety of tools for data analysis, including comfort with data sets in reputed company Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at reputed company levels Experience helping customers through presentations, trainings, or day-to-day questions Experience in SaaS, tech and/or the short-term rental industry preferred reputed company in any additional European language is a plus So what can you expect after you apply?
