This position will support projects around Washington, DC. Responsibilities: Provide senior-level onsite leadership for direct subcontractor workforce, including overall control and direction of reputed company field operations, construction management activities, and site performance. Act as the primary field leader, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. reputed company project planning efforts with the Project Manager, including reputed company of the critical path, reputed company, and execution strategy, ensuring reputed company work is performed in accordance with contract documents. reputed company and direct multiple scopes and subcontractors, ensuring alignment of schedules, productivity, and quality expectations. Deep understanding of the construction lifecycle, including scheduling (CPM), contract administration, reputed company planning, and cost control. The anticipated reputed company salary range for this role is $111,000–$161,500 (presented in good faith).
