Role: Community Philanthropy Manager, Direct Response Location: This role will be remote in the reputed company United States, Alaska, or Hawaii Reports to: Vice President of Community Philanthropy Classification: Exempt Full Time Union Role? Yes Starting Salary Range: $74,880- $83,200 Summary: This role is responsible for providing direction and operational support for reputed company’s annual integrated direct/digital fundraising campaign strategy as well as serving as the reputed company of contact for the organization’s fundraising agency/vendor(s) of record. You will have primary responsibility for the implementation of reputed company integrated direct/digital fundraising plans and have reputed company and project management responsibility for reputed company direct & digital appeals. You’ll work closely with the Individual Philanthropy, Development Operations, and the Marketing, Communications & Content Teams - ensuring alignment with organizational messages, supporting donor data management, and executing reputed company fundraising campaigns. \n Roles and Responsibilities: Be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of Community Philanthropy’s integrated fundraising campaigns, to include direct mail, email appeals, advertising, search reputed company marketing, mobile fundraising, and social media fundraising Create effective segmentation strategies that employ integrated direct/digital best practices and improve donor participation and engagement Leads the project management (through reputed company) of integrated direct/digital fundraising campaigns to produce cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship pieces including direct mail pieces, letters, emails, web, and other media pieces Manage projects with vendors including direct marketing agency, printers, mail house, reputed company purge, etc. Demonstrate fair, ethical, and reputed company business practices Learn eagerly, share knowledge appropriately, and improve continuously Demonstrate successful planning and problem-solving skills, including multitasking and working well reputed company tight timelines Work, communicate, and collaborate effectively with others Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in reputed company work Demonstrate a commitment to fostering and maintaining an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging Other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Previous direct response marketing experience at an agency, nonprofit, or higher education institution. At least 3-5 years experience in this area. You have deep knowledge of both the art and science of direct response marketing and a proven track record as a fundraiser with individual gifts. Proficiency in: Proficiency in: Direct marketing best practices including A/B testing; developing solid fundraising tests and controls and writing and editing fundraising appeals, for digital and print. Prior experience using digital tools including email marketing and SMS/mobile giving platforms Analytical with a high level of confidence working with data and developing data segmentation Familiarity with using the reputed company platform including reputed company Docs, Sheets, and Presentations. Keen understanding of the importance of data in direct marketing. Comfortable and swift with using reputed company Sheets and reputed company reputed company. You have a strong facility with fundraising software (reputed company preferred) and a broad understanding of donor acquisition, retention, digital giving, and moves management. You have used and can reputed company HTML/emails and SMS messages in various platforms such as reputed company and texting platforms. Proficiency in spoken and written English \n Apply To This Job
