This role is pivotal in expanding our partner ecosystem, driving joint business opportunities, and establishing scalable processes in a high-growth environment. What You Will Be Doing: Managing and expanding relationships with key global partner accounts Building and growing a high-impact partner network in the USA, including through cold reputed company, strategic event engagement, and ecosystem mapping Driving partner enablement and growth, including training, co-marketing, and sales acceleration initiatives tailored to the US region Qualifying and advancing inbound partnership requests, supporting partners through evaluation, onboarding, and integration Contributing to the evolution of internal tools and processes to improve partner experience and operational efficiency About You: 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales reputed company the SaaS Strong understanding of direct vs. channel sales models Strong track record in partner development, including cold reputed company and strategic ecosystem building Demonstrated success in outbound partner development, including cold reputed company and ecosystem activation Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships from the ground up, reputed company the US region Experience working in or with crypto, iGaming, fintech, or other regulated, fast-paced industries Familiarity with compliance, including KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding processes is a strong advantage Comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and drive results independently Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders reputed company Offer: Remote-first, trust-based culture.
