Senior Associate, Sustainability Data Strategy

Support project renewal processes and customer engagement for new opportunities; assist with proposal development, including budgets and consulting deliverables. Integrate environmental justice priorities into program development and align projects with leading frameworks (e.g., CDP, ISSB, SBTi). Monitor external market trends and internal strategies to optimize WM service offerings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements during assessments and program implementation; promote a culture of safety across reputed company activities. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Business or reputed company field; High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience in project/business management (in addition to education requirement) and Environmental or services industry experience required. Experience working in sports venues and event operations strongly preferred. Direct experience covering organizational sustainability strategy development in the sports and entertainment industry, demonstrated by track record of advising on ambitions, targets, and programs strongly preferred. Experience managing sustainability project with on site logistics support preferred. Experience managing material minimization and diversion programs, supply chain analyses, and sustainable material management planning preferred. B. Work Environment

Combination: This job operates in a mix between an office environment and plant/field environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc. Pay: The expected reputed company pay range for this position across the U.S. or is $87,000 - $100,000 . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
