Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their Client Delivery team. This role is exclusively focused on candidates with proven experience reputed company the card payments industry. The successful candidate will act as the reputed company between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring customer requirements are translated into scalable and effective solutions. The role combines strong business analysis capabilities with deep knowledge of card payments platforms, transaction processing, and payment technologies. Maintain accurate project and support documentation. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience reputed company the card payments industry. Strong understanding of card payments ecosystems, transaction lifecycles, and payment processing platforms. Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis. Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and client-facing engagements independently. Strong knowledge of APIs, file specifications, and payment messaging standards such as ISO 8583. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis. Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production releases, and change management activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a reputed company field. Experience working with international payment providers, processors, issuers, acquirers, or fintech organisations. Experience reputed company regulated financial services or payments environments. Willingness to travel internationally reputed company required.
